Reporting

hero-curves

The Trust is interested in learning through our grantees’ successes as well as their challenges.

All grantees of the Stanley Smith Horticultural Trust are required to submit a report that confirms that the funds granted were used for the intended purpose.

For grants awarded in December 2023, the grant period is January 1 to December 31, 2024. It is expected that funds will be spent during this year. Reports are due by April 30, 2025. No future funding requests from 2023 grantees will be considered by the Trust until 2025 and until this report is received and approved. No progress reports are required. Late reports will be accepted after the April 30, 2025 deadline, however, those organizations will not be eligible to submit a new funding request in 2025.
